Small amount of Dk yarn in left overs 

4 mm needles

Note:

Change  colours randomly at start of row even if there is only enough yarn for a couple of rows. 

Cast on 28 stitches 

1st row: p1, *k1, p1, rep from * to end

2nd row: Knit to end

Repeat last 2 rows for  12 cms

Next row : knit (decrease 2 stitches across the row) 

Next row: knit to end

Next row : k6,  cast on 4 stitches,  * k3,  k2 tog, k2, k2 tog, k3,  k2 tog , cast on 4 stitches, k 6

Knit 2 rows

Cast off

Sew back seam

Oddments of dk yarn and scraps of fancy yarn like eyelash

4 mm needles

Top

Cast  on 21 stitches with eyelash yarn

Knit 12 rows in k1, p1 rib

Cast off in rib

Sew back seam using a flat stitch

Pants

Make 2 

Make 2 pieces

Cast on 16 stitches with eyelash yarn 

Knit 2 rows

Change to dk yarn

Knit 1 row

Purl 1 row for 5 cms

Shape crotch

Cast off 2 stitch at start of next 2 rows

Work another 3  cms

Work 2 rows in knit, purl 1 rib

Cast off in rib 

Joint seam from crotch to waist , join leg seams

Thread elastic through waist

Knit 4 rows in k1, P 1 rib

Change to dk yarn

knit 1 row,

Knit for 6 cms

Knit 1 row

Next row cast on 5 stitches knit to end. 

Next row:  cast off 2 stitches, knit to end

Knit 6 rows

Cast off

Left Front 

Cast on 9 stitches with fancy yarn

Knit 4 rows in k1, P 1 rib

Change to dk yarn

knit 1 row, 

purl 1 row ( knit 2 stitches at start row)

Pattern for 3 ribbed skirts.

Cast on 28 stitches 

(Skirt 1) 1st Row *k1, p 1, repeat from * to end of row

(Skirt 2) *k2, p2 to end of row

(Skirt 3) Row 1 *knit 3, p1 to end of row

Row 2: * knit 1, purl 3 to end of row

Repeat row/rows until skirt measures 8 cm 

All skirts 

Next row knit to end in garter stitch decreasing 1 stitch at each end of row

Knit 3 more rows in garter stitch

Cast off

Sew back seam on right side
