Row 2: purl
Row 3: purl 1, slip 1 purlwise to end
Row 4: purl
Repeat these 4 rows 2 more times
Next 2 rows cast on 6 stitches for sleeves and knit to end (28 stitches)
Knit 8 rows
Next row: knit 10 cast off 8 stitches knit 10
Next row: knit 10, cast on 8 stitches, knit 10
Knit 8 rows
Next 2 rows cast off 6 stitches knit to end
Next row: purl
Row 1: purl 1, slip 1 purlwise to end
Row 2:purl
Row 3: knit

Cast off, sew side and sleeve seams

Make 2 pieces

Shape crotch

Joint seam from crotch to waist , join leg seams
Thread elastic through waist

On row 3 your instructions are purl 1 then slip 1 Purl wise to end, does that mean purl all remaining stitches to the end?
