D k yarn 50g
4 mm needles
Cast on 28 stitches
(if you prefer a wider cowl add two or more stitches at each end and knit as in pattern)
Row 1: (right side) knit
Row 2: knit 2 purl to last 2 stitches, knit 2
Row 3: k2 * yfd, k2 tog, k1 rep from * to last 3 stitches, knit 3
Row: 4: knit 2, purl to last 2 stitches, knit 2
These 4 rows form pattern.
Continue in pattern until work measures approx. 58 cms or longer if you prefer
cast off
to make up
turn one edge so that there is is a twist at the front and sew up back seam
