Sweet Little Lavender Bag








Requires small amount of  dk yarn

Ribbon, dried lavender 


 size 4 mm needles

Make 2  pieces 


Cast on 19  stitches 


Knit 4 rows in garter stitch ( every row knit )


Rows 1  Knit (right side)

Row 2: knit 3, Purl to last 3 stitches, knit 3


Row 3: knit 


Row 4:  knit 3, Purl 1, *Knit 2, purl 1* repeat from * to * to last 3 stitches,  knit 3

These 4 rows form the pattern.


Knit  these 4 rows 5 times 


Next 2 rows

Knit 
Purl


Knit 4 rows in garter stitch


Cast off


Sew up bottom and side seams, fill with dried lavender, add ribbon loop, sew up top seam


Embellish with beads etc optional

Next row : knit 7, yarn forward knit 2 tog, knit 7



Rows 1  Knit (right side)

Row 2: Purl


Row 3: knit 


Row 4: Purl 1, *Knit 2, purl 1* repeat from * to * to the end of row.

These 4 rows form the pattern.


Knit  these 4 rows 10 times 


Next 2 rows

Cast off


Sew up side seams, add button

Asthma Inhaler Carrying Bag

Cast off


Carry strap 

Make a strap using a finger chain, make an icord or use ribbon 

80 cms or required length 



Sew up side seams and attach strap

Indoor Fingers Free Mitts

 




Requires approx  25 grams of  Aran yarn

 size 4.50 mm needles


Knit 2 pieces


Cast on 36 stitches 


Knit 6 rows in k2, p1 rib



Pattern rows

Row 1: knit

Row 2: knit

Row 3: k1, p1 repeat to end

Row 4: k1, p1 repeat to end


Repeat these 4 rows 5 times 


Knit 2 rows 


For a longer mitt, add extra patten rows 


Cast off


Sew up side seam leaving a gap for thumb and catch above with a few stitches

Detachable Strap Phone Bag




size 4.5 mm needles

2 strands of dk or chunky yarn a out 65 gms

2 buttons


 

Fits a phone approx 16.5 cms x 7 cms


Begin at the top cast on 18 stitches 


Knit 4 rows


Row 1: knit to end

Row 2: knit 3 purl to last 3 stitches, knit 3


Continue knitting until work measures 19 cms 


Change to garter stitches (Knit every row)


Knit 19 cm to match the front side


Cast off


Sew side seams


Add two buttons at back spacing them to attach the strap too

 

Strap

Cast on 6 stitches 

Knit 4 rows

Next row:  knit 2, yarn forward, knit 2 tog., knit 2 


Continue knitting until the strap measures 94 cms. 


Adjust at this point for a longer or shorter strap


Next row:  knit 2, yarn forward, knit 2 tog., knit 2 

Knit 4 rows


Cast off


Add flowers and buttons to decorate if required
