Knit 4 rows
Row 1: knit to end
Row 2: knit 4, purl to last 4 stitches, knit 4
Row 3: knit 4, purl 1, slip 1 purl wise to last 4 stitches, knit 4
Row 4: knit 4, purl to last 4 stitches, knit 4
These 4 rows form the pattern
Continue in pattern till work measures 15 cm
Change to garter stitch and work another 15cm
Cast off
Fold in half sew side seams
Add an Easter themed embellishment
Napkin ring
Cast on 32 stitches
Knit 4 rows
Row 1: knit
Row 2: purl
Row 3: *purl 1, slip 1 purl wise repeat from * to last stitch, purl 1
Row 4: purl
Repeat rows 1-4 once more
Knit 4 rows
Cast off
Join seam, add embellishment
