Blanket
Cast on 26 stitches
Knit every row (garter stitch) until work measures 12cm
Cast off
Hat
Cast on 20 stitches
Knit every row until work measures 4 cm
Next row: k2 tog across row
Leave a tail of yarn, thread it through remaining stitches. Fasten off and sew side seam
