Measures approx 19 cm

Begin at the bottom cast on 22 stitches

Knit 4 rows

Next row :  knit to end

Next row: knit 3, purl to last 3 stitches, knit 3

Repeat these 2 rows 5 times

Next row:  knit 2, knit into front and back of next stitch, knit to end

Next row: knit 2, knit into front and back of next stitch, purl to last 3 stitches, knit

Repeat until 34 stitches on needle

Next row: knit 2, s1, knit 1, p.s.s.o. Knit to end

Next row: knit 2, knit 2 tog., purl to last 3 stitches, knit

Repeat until 18 stitches on needle

Continue on these stitches for 10 rows

Next row: knit 2 tog across the row

Next row: purl 2 tog across the row to last stitch, purl 1

Cut yarn leaving a length and thread through stitches

Use remainder to make a few tuffs 

Stitch eyes and beak or add wiggle eyes and felt peak

Weave in loose ends

4 mm needles

cast  on 64 stitches in first colour 

Row 1: knit 1, purl 1 to end

Row 2: purl 1, knit 1 to end

Continue theses two rows for 12 cms

Change to second colour

Shape Crown

Row 1: *k6, k2tog* repeat to end (56 st.)

Row 2 and alt rows - knit

Row 3: *k5, k2tog* repeat to end (48 st.)

Row 5: *k4, k2tog* repeat to end (40 st.)

Row 7: *k3, k2tog* repeat to end (32 st.)

Row 9:  *k2, k2tog* repeat to end (24 st.)

Row 11: *k1, k2tog* repeat to end (26 st.)

Row 13: *k2tog* repeat to end (8 st.)

cut yarn long enough to thread through the remaining stitches and sew up  seam.

2.5 x 2.5 square of card

Small fridge magnet

Wiggle eyes embellishments

 cast on 28 stitches

Row 1: knit 

Repeat for 3 cm

Change colour

Knit 1 row, purl 1 row

Repeat for 4 cm

Cast off

Join back  seam  and slip card inside

Join bottom and top seams

Glue  magnet at back and add eyes, sew a mouth

Bobble

4 mm needles

Hat

With white, cast on 24 stitches

Knit 2 rows

With red, stocking stitch 14 rows

Next row: knit 2 tog across row

Next row: purl 2 tog to end 

Cut yarn leaving a small length to thread through stitches, pull gently, secure and sew seam

Add bobble

Add magnet to back

Jumper

Knit 2 pieces

With white Cast on 14 stitches

Knit 2 rows

With red

Next knit 1 row, purl 1 row for 4 cm

Next row cast on 8 stitches knit to end

Next row cast on 8 stitches, knit 4 purl to last 4 stitches, knit 4

Next row knit

Next row knit 4 purl to last 4 stitches knit to end

Repeat last  2 rows 1 more  time

Knit 2 rows

Cast off

Sew side seams and under arm

Sew shoulder seams

Add magnet to back
