Measure approx 16 x 12 cms
Cast on 16 stitches
Knit 26 cms in garter stitch. (every row knit)
Next 4 rows
K1, p1 to end
Cast off
Fold bottom up so that there is about 5 cm left at the top
Sew both seams
Add a bow, or embellishment
