Oddments of dk and eyelash yarn
4 mm needles
Cast on 26 stitches with eyelash yarn
Knit 4 rows in garter stitch ( every row knit)
Change to dk yarn
1st Row (right side): Knit
2nd Row: Purl
Knit 2 row pattern until skirt measures 8 cms (purl 2 tog 2 each end of last row)
Knit 4 rows in k1, p1 rib
Cast off
Sew back seam on right side
