Work 12 rows in stocking stitch ( 1 row knit, 1 row purl)
Eyelet row
Next row: knit 1, * yfd, knit 2 tog to last stitch, knit 1
Knit 5 rows in garter stitch (every row knit)
Cast off
Back
Cast on 34 stitches in red
Knit 6 rows in garter stitch (every row knit)
Work 30 rows in stocking stitch ( 1 row knit, 1 row purl)
Eyelet row
Next row: knit 1, * yfd, knit 2 tog to last stitch, knit 1
Knit 5 rows in garter stitch (every row knit)
Cast off
Join sides leave gap for handle and spout
Thread ribbon through eyelet holes
Add buttons and pompon for face features, stitch a mouth
