Oddments DK Yarn m 4mm Needles 

Bag 1 (white)

Cast on 12 stitches

Work in garter stitch for 6 cm

Cast of

Handle

Cast on 20 stitches

Cast off

Sew side seams, attach handle to inside front of bag. Make a few running stitches at top of back and pull slightly . Fasten off

Bag 2 (pink)

Cast on 10 stitches

Knit 4 rows 

 Change to stocking stitch and work for 10cm

Knit 4 rows

Cast off

Sew side seams

Make a cord for handle and attach.

Bag 3 (yellow)

Cast on 8 stitches

Rib 2 rows

Change to stocking stitch

Row 1: increase each end of the row

Row 2: purl

Repeat last 2 rows until 16 stitches

Next row: purl (right side)

Next row: purl

Continue in stocking stitch decreasing each end of knit row until 8 stitches remain

Rib 2 rows

Cast off, sew seams. Make a cord for handle and attach

Bag 4 (drawstring)

Cast on 14 stitches

Knit 2 rows in garter stitch

Knit 1 row

Purl 1 row

Next row: knit 1, * yfd knit 2 tog, repeat to last stitch, knit 1

Purl 1 row

Change to stocking stitch ( 1 row knit, 1 row purl)

Knit till it measures 10 cm

Next row: knit 1, * yfd knit 2 tog, repeat to last stitch, knit 1

Next row : purl

Knit 2 rows

Cast off

Sew side seams, make a cord and thread through eyelet holes and tie knot in end
