Skirt
Cast on 36 stitches
Knit 3 rows
Purl 1 row
1st row: p1*k1,p1; repeat from * to end
2nd row: k1* p1,k1; rep from * to end
3rd row: purl
4th row knit
Repeat last 4 rows 3 more times
Next row k1, * yfwd k2tog, repeat from * to last stitch, knit 1
Knit 2 rows
Cast off
Sew seam and thread elastic or ribbon through holes
Top
Cast on 23 stitches
Knit 13 rows in k1, p1 rib
Cast off in rib
Sew back seam using a flat stitch
