use any double knit or feathery yarn
cast on 36 stitches
Knit one row
Next row slip 1, knit 2 tog psso: to last stitch, k1
Cut yarn and thread through stitches pulling tight to make a flower.
Make a circle of wide elastic to fit around wrist. Join.
Add embellishment
